What is included in a home inspection?

A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a residential dwelling, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process.

How long does a home inspection take?

Every house is different but an average inspection takes between 3-4 hours on site.

Can I come along?

Yes, we recommend that you come to the inspection. If you can't come for the whole inspection, at least try to come for the last half hour of the home inspection in order to go over our findings.

How much does a home inspection cost?

The cost is based on the size and age of the home.
